I hope ive sorted my speed issues, Rang Orange last night and explained that my attainable speed was 10meg and im getting less than 1/2 a meg.
For the 1st time the guy on the phone was really helpfull and apologized for the bad service and the delay in fixing it! And he said the BT junction box was having issues establishing my stable speed?? He could tell from his records that in the past ive haud a steady 7 meg speed.
I would praise him more but i'll wait and see if it gets fixed 1st!! estimated time is 5-7 days.

OK SO THIS NEVER GOT FIXED!! Untill today Orange e-mailed me telling me id been breaking the fair usage policy?!
Without warning they have capped my connection, how i could break the policy when i work 8-5.30 every day and my usage hasnt changed since june last year!
Is there anything i can do to change this? I pay for UNLIMITED broadband definition of that being without limits?!
If anyone can help please please do lol, im having a major language barrier with the helpline and getting very frustrated

Well how we have suddenly broken the fair usage i'll never know. All a can guess is that its Sky player which runs through my xbox 360 but thats been set up since july 09 so it doesnt really add up i dont download music or videos. it purley streaming Sky in the evenings for a few hours!! and playing online now and then
Needles to say i have asked for the migration code and to close the account
