I sure it has been discussed here before. I just got Orange broadband having left aol and regret it. The speed is so slow, it is less broadband and more dial up from the early 90s. I did a speed test and supposedly I can only get 1.5mb, however when I had aol my speed was a lot quicker and I could work pretty much fluently on the net. From what Orange have told me there is nothing they can do about it, however I feel I have wasted a lot of money on something that is far from adequate. Is it worth looking at other providers or will I encounter the same problem? BE said they could offer 13mb however this was a estimate. The Orange service is just not good enough and I believe I am wasting money for something I'm not getting.
