OK, so im ready to leave Orange and ive already arranged for an engineer to come and fit my new connection for me. How do i go about cancelling?
Do i just ring up and tell them i wish to terminate my account, and then they transfer me over to someone i can understand who tries to tempt me to stay? (Which wont work, as ive already paid for my installation cost) This is what happened when i requested my PAC code from them for my phone anyway lol
I wont need a MAC code as im going back to my old provider (Virgin Cable)

I would ask for the MAC just in case. And re. your account; Orange charge you for 30 days after they've terminated your contract. Don't know why but that's what they do.
Don't cancel your Direct Debit until the final payment has been taken.

Seriously 'Rick', you should know by now that MAC code's aren't used for cable connections. (smiley to make you hate me even more)
