Had an intermittent problem for two weeks, 'connection keeps dropping' contacted Orange, but two minutes into conversation phone cuts off, so went to Orange shop they arranged a call from Technical Help in the UK. Well that was a laugh for a start, it was the usual, downtown Bombay.
Ran through problems telling them that i have tried another Router and problem still persists.....Orange solution.....faulty power supply???????????
They have sent me a new power pack and guess what still happening, now there's a surprise.
Contacted Orange again, they don't know, so are actually sending a new router at no cost.
Friend of a friend who works for BT has isolated problem, it's the wall socket.
