I posted a while back about problems i was having with my upgrade. i got the message afew on here seem to have had about contacting someone via email. After this was done a very helpfull lady called me on a regular basis to find out if my connection was working or not. it turned out the problem was with a faulty livebox. This was replaced immediately and I am now conected wirelesly (for the first time ). The lady that was helping me (cant remember her name ) was very helpfull and always called to make sure the connection was up and running. So happy days, and touch wood it stays that way!
