I have problems sending mail to hotmail,videotron and nearly everywhere else, thats why i'm leaving in september. They dont care or do anything so they wont be getting my money.
I am having trouble with e-mails to Tiscali and also to Waitrose. I have discovered though if I reply to Tiscali and Waitrose e-mails they work, so you can get round it by finding an old e-mail from the individual. You can delete everything on the old e-mailand it still seems to work. I think forwarded e-mails work too, but I need to do a check.
Our engineers are aware of this ongoing issue and it is flagged as high impact. We are doing all we can to resolve and I am sorry for the inconvenience this issue is causing.
I am finding that an increasing number of e-mails are not being delivered, including to Virgin.net, Sky.com, ntlworld.com, hotmail.com and ukgateway.net. I am receiving no indication that they are bouncing, and those who should have received them have checked their junk folders and spam filters. As far as I know I continue to receive all incoming mail. This is getting very frustrating.
