Some of the emails I am sending are not arriving at their destination. At the moment it looks like 50% are getting through and the others not. I am not getting any message to say unable to send emails - just relying on people I am sending to letting me know. I did 4 test emails to my work address - 1 sent on Saturday never turned up and the others got through straight away. Please can someone help me - I have not changed any email settings and my email address ends in freeserve.co.uk. Wondering if this is a common problem at the moment - can't believe I am the only one affected. Would appreciate if their board is moderated by someone from Orange if they can contact me. Please help - one very frustrated Orange user!!
I am having the same trouble. Any Email to Hotmail, Tiscali or GMX addresses do not arrive. No bouncing just do not arrive, not in Spam or deleted Emails. This happens using Windows mail or Orange Webmail. Even simple test Emails with no attachments and just simple text do not arrive. If I use a portable SMTP like Gmail, the Emails arrive ok. But if Orange/wanadoo appears anywhere in the header they do not arrive.
TIP: You should never use your broadband providers email, you may lose this in the future when you leave or worse later when they choose to charge or cancel non subscribed customers...even BT do it, save headache & set up a hotmail/yahoo.
We are aware of a current issue where emails to certain addresses are not being delivered. Our engineers are working on this as a high priority and I am sorry for the inconvenience the problem is causing.
