I am writing this abolutely blazing with anger at the shoddy service I have received from Orange,
Been with them for over two years, no real problems until last November when I was off broadband for four weeks. Numerous expensive calls to their useless support centre in India finally got me going again, eventually, after four weeks. Orange refunded me a month's subscription.
Now I have again been off broadband for the past Three weeks, and still no sign of it being resolved. I have Three computers connected to the Livebox by WiFi, and so when all Three suddenly cannot get on broadband, by elimination one can conclude it is either the Livebox or the line which is faulty. Yet still the useless support people insist on going through the "well fire up Internet Explorer...." etc etc"
A new Livebox was sent to me a week ago, I phoned them that evening to let them know that I still couldn't get on broadband, the red light was flashing quickly even on the new box and so must be a problem with the line.
And still they have not fixed it.
This must rank as one of the most useless companies in existance, and I shall be switching provider once these clowns eventually pull their fingers out and FIX MY LINE!!
3 Wifi devices is going to be putting a massive amount of load on your router & wireless network. Try setting up one or more machines with a wired connection and see how that does.
I agree with what you say imthebossofme, but usually only one, sometimes two, computer(s) are ever using router at any one time. I would agree with your comment usually, but in this case there is just no Broadband signal whatsoever.
It is not a case of the Internet running slowly.
And still Orange have not fixed this for me, have now been 3 1/2 weeks offline!! Am at a friends house entering in these postings.
Would deter anyone from joining up to Orange - useless company.

I e-mailed you on Friday 21st May at 17:33 with the details you request, and have heard nothing.
I'm still off Broadband, and the anniversary of four weeks has now passed. Terrible service from Orange, and this company should be avoided like the plague.
Declare breach of contract in writing to Executive Office ( executive.office@orange-ftgroup.com ) on the basis that Orange have failed to provide the contracted service for 30 consecutive days.
