Hello, I've been with Orange for about 5 months now, for 3 months the connection was great, no problems, I could play ps3 online, acceptable 5 meg speed and an all round good connection even at peak times.
NOW I CAN'T EVEN PLAY CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE 2 ONLINE BECAUSE I HAVE A CONSTANT REDBAR CONNECTION, I HAVE PHONED Orange 10 TIMES NOW TO DATE WHERE I HAVE DONE SPEEDTESTS, PUT STUPID PINS IN HOLES IN MY ROUTER, REBOOTED MY ROUTER, TURNED MY ROUTER OFF, RECONFIGURED MY ROUTER. I'VE BEEN THROUGH EVERYTHING AND BEEN ASSURED AN ENGINEER WILL PHONE AND HE HASNT. ORANGE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS F'ING TERRIBLE! THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I HAVE A PING OF OVER 1700 MS, I CANT EVEN PLAY WOW.
