Can anyone help me????
I have a fsbusiness account with multiple users, unread email comes through to seperate users on seperate PCs running seperate versions of Outlook 2007, except for email from accounts ending '.gov.uk'.
For some reason this sits in the inbox on the webmail, but won't transfer to Outlook via POP. I've even tried setting up a gmail account, getting that to pick up email via POP, and then sending that to Outlook, but still'.gov.uk' email addresses don't even transfer to the gmail account over POP. Initially thought it could be a spam filter problem, but seems to be some issue with POP?!?!?
Can anyone suggest a solution, even if it's "get rid of the Orange account and buy a proper domain!!!"
We do have a paid for email server ready to go, but have used the fsbusiness account for over 14 years, and are reluctant to have to notify hundreds of contacts and directories containing our info of the changeover.
Any help would be much appreciated,
Bob

Ok brief update...
Have tried getting a friend to email our other domain using their .gov.uk email address. This has come through POP fine, so is definitely a problem with Orange's servers.
We are a small community organisation who really rely on good contact with local government for funding etc... Will be an absolute pain if we have to continually log into webmail. Anyone having similar issues, or able to offer possible solutions?
