Up until a few days ago my connection on my 360 was spot on, hosting and otherwise, always a full green bar no matter what. Now I struggle to get a half decent yellow, always getting cut off from games due to basically no connection, the worst lag I've ever seen.
As if it couldn't get worse I decided to call customer services, what a laugh. Kept trying to explain to the guy that my browsers kept crashing when I tried accessing the speed testing website and he kept telling me he can't access my computer...the hell is he talking about?! eventually he just hung up on me as I had to keep asking if he could check the speed for me and he kept saying he would wait for me. What to do, I have no idea.
Come on Orange, you've not helped me at all with my phone recently when I've really needed it, don't wreck the net aswell, just give me some help!
