After about 8 hours on the phone, at 5p a minute, over the last 5 days I know my password and user name backwards and upside down, but have no resolution. Issue started after I rang them (Orange Tech support) to try to get a wireless connection for a laptop; after that unsuccessful phone call I found internet not available at all, via either the Livebox or a Netgear alternative; unbelievable coincidence if it wasn't to do with that call and something having been done to my connection.
Have escalated on the phone and had all sorts of reassurances, but still no resolution. Would appreciate any constructive advice as to how to take it further and get some attention on it, thanks

Did you actually have an internet connection up & running before the calls?
When I first started with 0range I put in the username & password that I'd agreed with Sales. Unfortunately the username was totally different & the password started with an "s" rather than the "f" that I'd specified.
Using the freephone # 0800 980 1492 will at least save some money.

ins. By the way, just as a comical aside, I was told today as if I should be delighted at the news, the fault had been escalated to another special team, but as they don't work at week-ends, there will be no further progress until Monday, it would do credit to David Brent.
