I have a broadband account with Orange and set up email sddresses ages ago. Two weeks ago my fsmail.net account locked after I had sent several emails on the same day. The message said to email locked accounts which i have done several times with no response. I have spoken to Orange who say that this email address isnt linked to my account so they cant do anything. I urgently need to access my email, can anyone please HELP!!

Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site, and I will give you a call to discuss.
In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Darren Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.

My .fsnet account also screwed up in the last 2 days.
Turns out Orange know they have problems, but don't let the punters know!
Their work-around is to go to http://www.mail2web.com/ enter your details and access your emails from there.
Why the hell they can't just let people know via the Orange web site is beyond me...but then that's Orange for you
