Hi, Hoping someone can offer some advice. I've just moved to Orange bb and setup livebox ok with a wireless connection to my laptop. The problem is that having repeated the process with my ps3 I am only getting very low download speeds, slow browsing etc.
The wireless is working fine with my laptop and getting good speeds so just seems to be an issue with the PS3. It was working fine with my previous router so just seems to be something with the livebox and ps3 together.
Can anyone help? I connected with WPA only selected on the livebox as this is what I had with previous router. Would it make any difference if I changed to wep. Also getting good signal strength so is not that either.

Thanks for the offer Jonathan but I dont think the fault lies with the broadband connection or with the router itself because my laptop is connected fine wirelessly and getting good speeds. However I dont think its a problem with the PS3 itself because prior to installing the livebox it was getting good speeds through my old router. Could the firewall setting on the livebox be slowing down the connection?
It will create fluctuation to connect live box and ps 3 because you will not get appropriate output from that and also create playing problem when you are going to play.
