Have had the livebox since about September time, with no problems. Now a few days ago the internet light changed from the normal green to a flashing red/orange light, I know that the red/orange light means that it cannot connect to the internet, however it occasionally allows me to access websites (like just now) but more often then not it just says that the page cannot be loaded. Windows says that there is no problems with the connection. I have resetting the livebox with the button on the back, have unplugged everything and plugged it back in. I have tried to access 192.168.1.1 and all it says is "An internal error has occured. Please reboot your livebox." No matter what it keeps saying this. I have no idea how to fix it!
I am running Windows 7, have tried to use Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. All with the same results.
could try factory resetting the livebox but this will loose all your settings and if you cant get into the admin pages, could be difficult restoring your connection.
otherwise its a faulty livebox and best to contact technical support.

This only happened recently after my phone line and internet went down for a couple of days, my phone and internet went down about a month ago, any one have any ideas or should i ring Orange tech?
