I switched on my livebox a few minutes ago to find I couldn't get on the Internet. The connection status page on the livebox gives
" Invalid username or password
Please check and re-enter your username and password (remember to add @fs), then click Save to connect to the Internet If you're still having problems press Reboot on your Livebox, wait 5 minutes and try to connect again. "
A call to Orange reveals that a number of customers are affected by this problem and that it may take 24 to 48 hours to be resolved.
Is anyone else out there affected by this problem?
I am sending this via a Vodafone dongle over GPRS and it is SLOW!
My comments to Orange (Jonathan are you reading?) is that I am going to
request the MAC code if it isn't working by 1700 on Wednesday.
