I hope someone can help with this infuriating service from Orange.
My partner has Internet everywhere with USB dongle, the service was working reasonably well, however in recent months we have been getting horrendous download speeds and often our connection drops to local only.
It is extremely difficult getting back online, the service is awful considering we're paying £30 a month, please help, we're tearing our hair out!

Sorry, I cannot help. I have the same, or very similar, problem. I have just bought Internet Everywhere with a 515M dongle. The signal is 3-4 out of 5 bars, but the connection speed is 0.04 when it should be up to 7.2. That is about 0.5% of what I would have expected!
This is absolutely appalling and I shall be asking for my money back!

Having now tried it at Three other locations, I have found that the speed is much better (average 3Mb down and 1Mb up from six speed test sites). Of course, the location where I first tried it did not have a 3G signal (although it was a poor speed nevertheless). Now that Orange have reduced the monthly cost (now 1Gb for £5 for existing customers), I am sticking with it.
