Over the last few weeks I have been unable to access a local radio station's stream, an error report says that it is because my IP is outside the UK, but I am most definitely still in the welsh hills!
An email help query was answered with 'reset the livebox' which i have done many times to no avail. I then telephoned Orange help line only to be told "Try typing help on google!". So much for technical help and at an extortionate phone charge too.
Can anyone please help me to restore any setting that has somehow changed? it worked up to a few weeks ago and I havn't changed anything myself, norr loaded any new programs apart from the Microsoft updates.
Going crazy here running round in circles, any help would be very much appreciated!

Yes i have disconnected the livebox and left off for 30 minutes, restarted by holding in the no.1 button. I have even checked that i have the latest upgrade of livebox software.
I was able to access this site a few weeks back on any of my machines, yet now access is not possible on any.

This is not an Orange issue, it is up to the website you are trying to visit to keep their IP location information up to date.
I have contacted the site who use the Geo tracking thing to check IP addresses are within the uk, they are not licenced to broadcast outside the UK. They say they have not changed anything over the last few weeks.
My IP address used by my computer remains the same as it was, and my router's IP does not appear to be any different from what it was when i jotted down my settings a month or so back.
The fact that they have not changed anything would suggest that their database is out of date. IP blocks are reassigned all of the time and can change from week to week. As Orange are owned by France Telecom there is a good chance Orange UK has aquired a block of IP's previously owned by FT.
I've experienced a similar issue in the past with the BBC iPlayer which was eventually remedied when they updated their geo IP info.
Wonder if you have solved your problem now? A mate's PC had these symptoms last week, turned out that something had planted a proxy into his browser so that everything was routed via a Russian server.
