Hi, I have a 2MB broadband connection from Orange running into a Belkin router. Was working fine last night; this morning simply fails to launch home page (or any other page). Laptop is receiving a wireless signal - and is accessing internet, as weather info on desktop is working. Laptop says it is conneted but also says 'local only' - what does that mean? Modem looks fine in control panel and all lights are on. It looks to me that the only possibility is a problem with the ISP, but before suffering the endless wait for Mumbai I thought I would try on here first to see if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!
