HAVE HAD LIVEBOX FOR 5 DAYS NOW AND HAVE ACTIVATED THE SECOND LINE AS TOLD 48 HRS IT SAID ON PHONE WHEN ACTIVATING THAT WENT BY SO I RANG THEM THEY SAID 72 HRS STILL NO SECOND LINE,SO CALLED THEM AGAIN GOT THE RUN AROUND FOR 2 HRS AND STILL NO JOY,SO RUNG AGAIN TONIGHT AND NOW THEY SAY 5 DAYS TIME,I WAS MADE AWARE I HAD SEVEN DAYS IN WHICH TO CANCEL WITH THEM BUT NOT ACCORDING TO THEM ON THE PHONE,SO THINK I MIGHT HAVE TO HAVE A WORD WITH MY SOLICITOR.ANYONE ELSE HAVE THESE PROBLEMS AND GOT IT SORTED, IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING AFTER ALL?
Have the same issue, had livebox replaced with "mini livebox" but 2nd line still not working as above (since november) Orange promised me it would be up and running on 24th December, bur alas not. Appears it's something to do with them and their upgrading of system.
Ring Orange tech support and ask to be put through to a Technical Support Specialist (think that right, its been awhile ), dont let the person on the phone fob you off (they will try to tell you that they cannot transfer you), say that you have an existing issue that they are resolving
If all goes well you should then be transfered to a very nice department in england who will activate the 2nd line there and then for you.
