I have recently been informed by Orange that my "Up to 8 Meg" Unlimited broadband package was being capped to 512kB during peak times because i had the audacity to think that unlimited actually meant more than 5GB. Orange will however allow me the privilege of paying top dollar for this service upgrade and quote breach of their "fair usage policy" to justify their actions. Having read said policy thoroughly, I cannot find reference to their definition of fair use. Exit stage left to another ISP methinks. Any recommendations?' '

The only isp I know with no 'fair use' policy is Sky with their unlimited package. You have to take their satelite TV and phone. Let us know if you find another.
Cheers.
