Not really a new problem. Same problem continuing (see pevious post.) No response from so-called response team. Am I the only person stuck in this email limbo? Any suggestions? I have written to Cusomer Services but expect the usual useless reply. Help
thanks obviously I can and have started a new account with googlemail, but all my contacts are in the inaccessible fsmail.net account. just want an explanation at leas of the unexpected termination of my access.

it doesnt matter if you phone or write to these jokers you will always get the same replies, if you call and ask them a question that is not listed on the paper in front of them you just get a silence, they will fob you off and waste your time, best thing you can do is cancel and go with another company
