I have been in touch with Orange customer service unit (CIU) team for two months . Although they keep in contact with me I still have unresolved issues.My ip profile used to run at 2500kbps for 9 months it now runs between 1750 and 2000. The reason for this is I keep getting LCP down and loss of sync errors of my netgear router , which causes a drop in IP profile I use the netgear router because it shows a higher dsl connection rate than the Orange mini live box and secondly since I had a replacement Orange mini live box ,which was 2months ago, orange still cannot get my second line connected. Have Orange got any power over BT with loss of internet sync or do BT run Orange. My patience is now wearing thin
