Is there a way to identify what the items listed as connected to the livebox are?
I have 11 connected devices, of these 6 are correctly identified. I know that there are another 4 legitimate devices which are not identifed (an HTC Tattoo, a PS3 and 2 PCs with wifi lan cards.) The 2 PCs can be removed as they are using an ethernet connection anyway and I would like to get rid of the remaining item whatever it is.
I have looked at the PS3 network settings and although it gives an address it does not match any of those on the Livebox. I could just delete all of the unidentified connections but that seems like hard work if there is a way to identify whats what.
The reason for doing this is that my iTunes is painfully slow downloading movies and apps so if something is wasting bandwidth I want to get rid of it.
