I dont get it, Orange says i can only get 0.5(before i used to get up to 1.7mb/ps) but BT says I can get up to 2.5Megs so whats up? Btw Im on batley exchange.

Basically Orange's new DLM activated only on the up to 20meg product is a load of 80ll0ck$ and the software is being "corrected" so that it works as it was meant to in the first place which we believe is similar to that which BT use on their IPStream and WBC products.

I see that Batley has o2 (now Sky) as a LLU provider. I don't know what your contract is with 0range or whether o2 (now Sky) have free capacity in the Batley exchange but that has to be something to be followed up on.
o2 (now Sky) is definitely a better ISP than 0range so if you can switch then do it.
