Having had two line faults over an 18 month contract I have had the pleasure of having to speak to Orange tech support......... today I was on the phone for over an hour.............livebox is always going wrong, speed varies from mediocre to unuseable, tech support do not listen and just go through the same old steps and questions, second line does'nt like to be used at the same time as the internet and frequently disconnects mid call, it often does not work and has reverted back to BT connection resulting in v.v.high phone bills as I used to to call abroad.
All in all I will not be renewing my contract and cannot believe customer services and tech support treat customers as they do - hours of being on hold, unkept promises blah blah blah.............................wo - glad to get that off my chest.............now, can anyone give me the process to get a wireless connection in simple easy steps? cheers and merry xmas
