<Livebox Issues? ~ Livebox keeps resetting and droping internet connection

Hi my livebox just seems to reset whenever it feels like and dropping my droping my internet connection its getting really annoying when im winning a game of fifa and it does it lol, anyone having this problem or know about it? please

Hi Steveh. I have this problem to. I have listened to all the Orange help line had to say "The spliter on your BT outlet was faulty, the cable from the BT box was faulty, the cable between the Livebox was faulty, it was my network card I replaced it costing me £18 it was the IE and i should unistall it and then reinstall a newer version all to no availl" . I just decided to leave it as it was and low and behold after a couple of weeks all was well in the world. I have been on holiday and had the power off the computer and Livebox and guess what problem is back. So if you would like to try these things i have mentioned it may save you calling someone who has a job understanding you . If you find out what is the problem you could let me know I would be most gratefull.

After 18 months of no drop outs My live box has all of a sudden started doing this also.. completely random, will just disconnect from the internet.. There is nothing wrong with any of my cables or connections.. And it is becoming more frequent. At least 4 times a day now! The network is still available during the internet black outs.
Im hesitant to ring Orange CS as past experience has proven how bad they really are, and how much money I waste talking to them while they reading their scripts...
Anyone got any answers?
Also I use the the extra line as a business number so replacing the livebox is not an option for me, as Orange reckon the number isnt transferable.
Mine is getting far more annoying the more times it happens. Especially when I finally have a fun game of Gears for it to die on me. It resets but not immediately. This is really frustrating when tried to dl something through installous. Please, someone find a fix!
