Well, I thought I'd never do it, but alas Orange left me with no choice. It's like losing an arm (yep, they were actually pretty good for about 3 years until about 6 weeks ago).
The guy at UK customer services said someone from a 'senior' level would ring me back in a couple of days to resolve the problems, but I told him I'd had enough; 6 weeks to sort out a problem (on a daily basis) is, I'm sure you can imagine, just a little bit too much to handle, and who knows how many more weeks it would take if I hung on.
Anyways, he said the MAC should arrive in about a weeks time; 02 here I come

Looks like my MAC came sooner than I'd expected - now it's just signing to 02 via a certain cashback site (most likely TopCashBack) - was gonna do it via Quidco but they charge a fiver for the priveledge; yes, it's only a measly amount but hey, I want *all* the cash
