For nearly a month now we have been without our second phone line we have phoned Orange on several occasions and were told as so many are that the fault has been escalated to the next level.....do not believe this we have been elevated to management level and still they could not fix it.
we have spent loads of time trying to get to the bottom of this even to the extent of requesting our MAC code to leave Orange and go to a better ISP they made this extremely difficult, including threatening us with court action and debt collection agencies.
we compared packages today and found out the home max we were using with the second line does in FACT now not include the second line that is why we no longer have a phone line even though they still took our money and have not informed us the package has changed. this is in breach of contract surely, I would not choose Orange again in an preference to any other package we have now until the 23/12/09 for them to fix the problem, we then can leave without finantial penalties and once we have I will be taking legal advice as to the reason our phone line was withdrawn but still charged for we have screen prints of the package we had and the one they offer now, without the second line HOME MAX IF YOU HAVE IT CHECK NOW.
