well thats it ive had enough of Orange. i phoned them asking if i can get a livebox (im still using a speedtouch 330 usb modem) and i was told because im not in the Orange area it will be 35 quid a month! but no change in speed?
this is a rip.
how can i not be in the Orange area if
A. im on Orange broadband
b. im not paying 35 quid now im paying 17.99
so the 35 quid is just rent the livebox everymonth?
but i looked on their website and nowhere can i find it says 9 quid a month or if you arent in the area its 35 quid

If your current broadband package does not come with a Livebox included, we may not provide one to you unless you change to a package which does include the Orange Livebox.
Currently, the only package available to you which would include an Orange Livebox is our Home Ultra package. This package has a monthly cost of £34.00, if your local exchange is not on our network.
If your local exchange is on our network, meaning that we have dedicated equipment installed in the exchange, this cost would reduce to £24.00 and the speed available to you would increase from "up to 8mb" to "up to 20mb".
