well first post your router stats,and then peaple might be able to help you!!!
but looking at your exchange you are on llu network which means your on Orange own network in the exchange not BT's
Have you had any disccontens lately and is your livebox pluged straight into the test socket on the BT's master socket!!!
I'm sorry to read of your problems. You must feel like you are going backwards, instead of speeds improving over time. I work for Orange and may be able to help.
