For the last 3 years I've been using an email account (separate from my Orange account). This account sends via smtp.orange.co.uk and receives via it's own server.
A few days ago I stopped being able to send emails using this account getting the following error:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account: 'XXX', Server: 'mail.domain.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I've spoken to the support team for the domain and all is reported as ok there and I can login and use webmail ok.
I have 2 other accounts set up in the same fashion for different server/domains and these still work ok.
Anyone got any suggestions as to the reason just one account as stopped sending?
