I have now been without my Wanadoo emails for two months or more.On December 3rd 'Jonathan' from Orange replied to my post and asked me to get in touch with him which I did immediately.
Since then? NOTHING. It is now 14th December.
So much for 'Mark your email 'Jonathan Orange response ' so that I can receive it quickly'!!!!!

Well I had a fairly quick response from Jonathan with the promise of a specialist contacting me within 24-48 hours. Into the last 12 hours of that now so fingers crossed.
