I replaced my original Livebox (Inventel) with a Livebox Mini (Thompson). ADSL Broadband continues to work no problems. However my second line does not now work - the handset is dead. (The second line was working fine with the old Livebox).
The phone icon / button on the Livebox Mini is not lit up either however when I access the Livebox admin pages and look under services it says Telephone over ADSL enabled but there is no phone number displayed just blank (where it says your phone number is)

You will have to get the new box activated, from memory it takes more than 5 days when I had to get a replacement box activated. See Orange help article:-
