For the last Three days I have been unable to access www.bankmercantile.com I have managed to access this site for the past Three years without any probs. I havent changed any of my settings and friends who have other internet providers are managing to access the site no probs. Can someone try and get into it and let me know if they manage then i know if its a prob with Orange or not. It keeps saying page cannot be displayed but i am able to access all other online banking sites etc, just this one that i cant get into. Help!! I rang Orange but they said it will be 24-48 hrs before they know if its a prob with their end but the weird thing is they didnt even ask me which site I cant access until I made a point of telling them! help, if someone also on Orange can try getting into www.bankmercantile.com Id appreciate knowing if you can/cant get onto it.

Hi - Just to let you know there is someone out here but sorry I could not access it either, tried several times using different routes but each time the same:
Internet explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address. ........etc etc
Can't offer any technical help or advice I am afraid....
