I had a check of my line on here under the HOW FAST CAN YOU GO? link and rather worrying the BT check says that broadband isnt available on my phoneline - not bad considering ive had it for 6ish years.
well starter's you should be on connection type fast not interleave and you will notice very slow speeds with two laptops running at the same time cause your download speed is less that 0.5mb you should be getting 2mb max i would say depending if you where on adsl2+ like me

i know you have a slightly longer line than mine but Orange have got you on the wrong settins.
Have you tried plugin the live box sttraight into the test socket on the phone socket on the wall if you have a net5 master socket where the bottom half comes away undo the 2 screws and plug your live box sraight in to that and repost your stats
