I have a dvr which i connect to my livebox, it has to have a static ip. I have switched off the digital tv so i can use the yellow socket. It does not register in the devices page at the begining (i have a thomson mini). so i can not seem to set up port forwarding to the device.
I also can not seem to get to my router from the outside world, if i put the ip address i get "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". i haved looked to somewhere to switch remote admin on but can not find it, i have switched on ping and tried to allow it to accept all connections.
