Hi this is my first post on this forum as I have never had any problems with my livebox that could not be fixed with a quick search on the internet.
Early last week my internet speeds suddenly dropped from a ok 1-2mb download speed to 0.1 Mbps. At first I hoped this may be a short term problem but it has been like this now for a week.
I have contacted customer support on the phone but they don't seem to be able to cope with the fact that the www.speedtester.BT.com website errors out whenever i go to test the connection.
Everytime I try to test the line it shows an error stating it has failed to initialise an assured rate session for the service and that I should raise a fault with the provider.
If anyone could give me some help I would be most grateful.

are you on llu or ipstream cause if you are on llu then the BT speedtester wil not at all i have the same trouble trying to do the test cause i'm on llu network so if anything it will be Orange's fault cause they are sh*t they can't do anything right!!!!
