Im giving Orange one last day to fix my internet its still slow and getting slower. Just last night i was on the phone in a queue for 1 hour only to be dissconected they have repeatedly said that they will look at my line two times and after 5 days iv had no reply to what is going on even though they said they would keep in touch withing 24 - 48 hours. Im going to ring Orange up one last time if there excuse's dont convince me to stay im going to cancel my £7 a month subscription.
If i am expected to pay any keaving or dissconection charges they can forget it im leaving Orange for the shoddy service they have gave me not out of my own choice. Im forced to leave sinse the internet is slower than my previous ISP (tiscali)
If they do expect me to pay any fee what would it be?
any advice from people who have left Orange would be helpfull.
