I have used the same fsmail.net address for the last 10 years or so and all of a sudden I am unable to access my email account. I am told that the email address or password are not recognised. I am in-putting the correct details and cannot seem to get anywhere with Orange in resolving this. No one wants to accept responsiblity for the fsmail accounts and I am going round in circles.
The account is not locked and was accessed without any problems earlier this week.
Can anyone help? or does anyone have a telephone number to call??
I have really important information that I need to access and am slowly being driven nuts trying to sort this out. I now have the complaints address and sadly will need to follow this up unless I can get a satisfactory response.
