Hi. I have had my Livebox for many a year now without any problems at all until now.
My telephone works fine until I plug the line into the Livebox, which then kills the phone completely.
I have tried changing the filters without any success.
I have called Orange, who tells me that their system is down in my area, and it should be back up in a few days, they say this will cause my problem.
Now maybe I'm wrong but how can a general Orange broadband system reception fault cause my Livebox to deaden my phone line.
If you have ruled out the filters, it is possible that your Livebox is faulty. I work for Orange and may be able to help.
