More than Three weeks ago my wanadoo email address was suspended and clicking through to the reactivation page did not reactivate the address.After several emails /phone calls with Orange they have informed me that the address was re activated on 21st November.Now I only get 'cannot display page' cannot connect to server when trying to get onto the Orange email server..Strangely, my emails to customer service are now not being answered.I have received acknowledgement for some of them ,but no replies and the last one was not even acknowledged.
