After weeks of constantly dropping connections ( latest record is 4 days at average of 3Mb) my connection speed dropped from 2.8Mb at 20.00 hrs tonight to 0.4Mb at 21.00hrs - I seem to be in a loop of 4 days reasonable speed and then bingo complete drop off.
Even contacted Orange Chief Executives Office - waste of time - though I did get a series of calls from charming "technical escalation" guys who advised me my profile had been set wrongly by BT and this had been rectified.
Anyway enough is enough - no more 30 min waits for the India call centre to respond by asking the same questions - they appear to have no on screen records of any previous conversations and are really little more than script readers
