Guys,
I have free webspace on the old Freeserve server. Accessing my webspace is normally straightforward so long as I disable the Livebox firewall first. However, I now find that I can't access it at all. I hadn't needed access for months until recently so I'm not sure when this happened. I have space on other servers which I can access without any problem so everything on my side is working ok. I've mailed customer services twice over the past week but I have received no response
Can someone help?

How are you trying to access it?

I believe they shut off ftp access and you have to use their site builder.

Hi Thomas. I use Terrapin II FTP. I normally have to disable my Livebox Firewall then I can log in. I thought Sitebuilder had been shut down but I could be wrong. I'll look into it
