Well for around 8 weeks now I have been given all the excuses, lies, bull***t under the sun from Orange, as they refused to speed up my line to what it used to be 2 meg. They cut me down to a runspeed of 320kps and 35 kps upload, dial up was faster, the call centres are just designed to give you stress and hypertension, and the support/tech team are just downright LIARS. The bottom line its all about them paying for bandwidth, the slower they can run you the more money they save, how many complaints are they getting on this site alone, and how much have they increased in the last six months.
HOORAY and HAIL the new ISP
All that ended today, my new PlusNet account went live and straight away I was on 2 meg, I am told after a week of monitoring it may go up to 3 possibly 4meg.
Hang on Orange told me in no uncertain terms that my line would not support such speed, it would melt or go into another universe, or even encourage time travel, well Orange its been running all day, just proves that not only is your company a load of b*****ks, but you constantly talk it also.
So as a parting gesture may I wish you all to ROT IN HELL YOU b******.
