HI All ihave just given my MAC code to Orange from Sky and reading this forum i can say im a little bit worried,my Sky is very stable at 5.3 downloads,has there been any issues wtht my exchange in swansea sa68hy that i should be worried about im on a LLu exchange with Orange and in jan 2010 adsl2 is avalable ,any info would be very welcome,ta
well after joining them last week all i can say is its a great service gone from 5.3 from Sky to 7.5 from Orange add uploads 850,and vey good customer service.
yes i totaly agree there custer service is s**t,i get more sence out my 2 year old daughter about talking broadband than you can with,they seem to no idea what on earth you are going on about,when tell them they should try changing things to improve your intrnet speed or connection all you get out of them is DOH!!!!
