Orange have phoned me every evening since I escalated problem - over a number of days my connection crashed from approx 3pm 'til Midnight; as I work from home mainly and my business is web oriented this was totally unacceptable and very inconvenient. Well, it's been fine 24x7 for well over a week now and the fact they called each evening for a few days after fix (whatever it was they did?!) suggests they have improved in this area - at last. Thanks!
