After weeks of lies etc, I had another request to call them, same old Pony and trap, more lies and an attitude that says TOUGH the customer is always wrong.
Well as stated yesterday I am off to another ISP, cancelled the DD let them take me to court will love it.
But for all you guys and girls out there please heed this little bit of info from a seasoned businessman who has run his own outlets for 20 years.
PLEASE DONT WASTE ANY MORE OF YOUR TIME TRYING TO TALK TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE IGNORANT RUDE LIARS AND MOST OF ALL CONMEN, NOT PEOPLE THAT ARE PLAYING AT IT, BUT PROFESSIONALS, WHO DO NOT CARE.
So if you want to remain sane just leave and go with another outfit that cares about customer service and not only the bottom line.
One thing I would say I employ still around 50 staff, if however I had some vacancies and a applicant came with a previous employment record from Orange he/she would not get through the door, reason dishonesty?
