hi folks new moaner here
yesterday was the 3rd time in a few months that i have been on the phone to Orange about my slow speed and intermittant connection
once again i had all the questions about wiring (new house),exchange (at the bottom of my garden, i can hit it with a stone from my front door) etc. then i get transferred to an expert in india who will promise the earth and get nothing done
i have been with them since freeserve onwards with no problems until now so yesterday i gave them the 48 hrs they said it will take to fix before i go to the bank to cancel the standing order, ask for my MAC code and move to a reliable provider
can anyone recomend a good alternative
