Ive been experiencing some latency problems when I'm playing online games, and found that the cause was the connection type - which is now interleaved. I rang up Orange the other day and when I asked them to change me from interleaved to fast, but the people in India couldn't understand what i said. I tried to spell it out to them but i got so fustrated that i hung up.
Is there another way of asking them to change this for me? I really dont want to wait an hour for someone who can't understand me...
Sorry to read of your problems online gaming. I work for Orange and may be able to help.
If you can email your landline number/broadband account number and best contact number to customer.services@orange.co.uk, I'll give you a ring to discuss.
So I can pick up your mail quickly, please add 'Jonathan Orange Response' in the first line.

I send Orange an email on Friday 13th November. I recieved an autoreply which said that they would try to reply to me within 24 hours. Its now Tuesday 24th November, over 4 days from when i sent the email.
Then in fustration, i rang the Orange technical support by calling 150 from my phone. I waited 30 minutes for another person who had NO idea what i wanted. He insisted that: 'I/Him cannot change the 'protocols' because he did not have the necessary 'protocol' to change this 'protocol' "'
He then suggested that I were to call BT, "who are the only people that can deal with your problem".
Anger had caused me to raise my voice, because he was blatantly trying to pass the blame to someone else.
What do I do?????
Should I ring BT or should I call Orange again and speak to their superiors?
they tryed playing that game with me yesterday, cause i tryed to get them to move to ipstream than there llu and oh sure they can't do that cause i see this way if there network can't do the job then BT's will, but no they insisted they can't so i said why cause it means that you have spend money on bying bandwith from BT,and interfier with your bonus's
